Thanks DIGI ♥

Had been using my iPhone for about 11 months, though I dropped it on the floor for a few times and scratched the border but still everything's fine just that sometimes it would be kinda lag while running some apps. It is okay for people like me who doesn't have high requirements and expectations for my phone, as long as I can use it to call, text, take photos and surf the net.

I thought everything is pretty fine until I realized that my flash light was spoiled weeks ago. I never realized about that probably because I seldom use flash light to take photo and also use my phone as a torchlight once in a blue moon. It was actually just a very small matter for me because the flash light still can be used, it's just that the light will keep blinking, something like the light of lightbulb that goes strong and weak and strong and weak. But then someone keep convincing me to send it back to Digi for warranty since there is still one month left for my warranty, for me that is really troublesome because you know there is always a long queue in Digi centres and I don't know if the flashlight problem is under warranty. After a deep consideration, I finally decided to give it a try to send my phone back to Digi for warranty today.

I thought it will be very very troublesome, but actually not. The man checked my phone and confirmed the flashlight is really spoiled after restoring my phone, he then replaced it with a new one for me, simple as that. I always hear people complaining about arguing with the stuffs for hours about warranty matters, or waiting a few months for Digi to replace a new phone, even some of them said it is impossible to get a new phone even your phone is under warranty. I'm really happy that I'm lucky enough in this case, because I don't need to argue with the stuff I just waited for one an a half hour for all the procedures to be done.

Getting a brand new phone isn't a good thing after all.

I did back up everything in my phone but I was not very sure if everything already backed up to my iTunes especially my contact list. So while restoring my back up to my new phone, I just can sit still on the chair, pray and wait, nothing more I could do.

And finally everything successfully restore back into my new phone, yeah everything. Restoring is still fine, the worse part is getting back all my username and passwords of all the apps. Until now I still couldn't activate my LINE as the system said that my accounts is using by another device, luckily I didn't use LINE that often.

Well, everything is back to normal, most importantly there is nothing lost. Anyway, thanks DIGI, you are always my smarter choice! =)
